What is Hands On Therapy?
Hands on physical therapy services include functional manual therapy, grounding, and palatal expansion support.
John Fiege PT MTC
With more than 30 years of experience as a physical therapist and certified manual therapist, he specializes in identifying and treating the underlying causes of pain, movement restrictions, and compensation patterns throughout the body. His approach combines joint mobilization, myofascial release, and hands-on therapy with a whole-body perspective that recognizes how interconnected our systems truly are.

Over the past several years, he has expanded his focus to include the relationship between oral development, airway health, and body function through advanced training with the Applied Integration Academy (AIA). He now incorporates oral and palate exercises, neck mobilization, and brain-body integration techniques to help improve posture, mobility, strength, and overall function.
He is excited to collaborate with Dr. Neil Stevenson because they share a common philosophy: the mouth and body are deeply connected, and patients achieve the best outcomes when dental care and physical therapy work together as part of a comprehensive, airway-focused approach.
